PROBLEMATIKA GURU DALAM PENGAJARAN SASTRA PADA PENDIDIKAN FORMAL DAN SOLUSINYA

Abstract
This article uncovers the form of teacher problems in the process of teaching literature on a global scale and solutions to overcome them. The purpose of this study is to describe the forms of teacher problems in teaching literature in formal education as well as solutions to overcome them. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative through library research. The results of this study indicate that efforts to overcome the problems of learning literature are as follows. First, improve the teacher's work ethic. Second, improve learning methods and strategies. Third, the teacher has knowledge in the field of literature and reproduces literary reading sources. Fourth, managing mindsets and thinking concepts about the advantages of learning literature. Fifth, school leaders provide rewards or awards to teachers and students. Sixth, maximizing the availability of facilities and infrastructure to support learning literature. Seventh, prepare objects or programs that can accommodate student literary works.
