In-depth <br>interviews with teachers and educational professionals, direct observations in schools, and analysis of documents <br>related to teacher professional development programs are the methods used to collect data.<br>The findings of this study show the important role of education personnel in increasing teacher effectiveness at <br>SMPN 34 Surabaya. Educational staff provides training sessions and seminars, assists instructors in their <br>professional growth, and offers adequate administrative assistance. This study aims to determine the impact of verbal bullying on students' confidence in SD Negeri 010 Bukit Kauman, Kuantan Mudik District. The method used in this study used quantitative descriptive and was carried out at SD Negeri 010 Bukit Kauman, Kuantan Mudik District. The study used a sample of all 66 students. This research method uses questionnaires and interviews, after the data is obtained the data is analyzed with a quantitative descriptive approach with percentage data. Needs analysis, vacancy announcements, application acceptance, selection, and signing of employment contracts were all part of the open and transparent recruitment process for non-permanent teachers. With the Teacher and Lecturer Law and the Regional Government Law, the government is responsible for the welfare of non-permanent teachers; however, further policies are needed, such as salary guarantees, training, employment contracts, legal protection, certification, budgets, and welfare benefits. The principal of SMKN 1 Driyorejo implemented a good leadership style; there was no distinction between non-permanent and permanent teachers; provided motivation, training, seminars, and performance evaluations; and ensured that non-permanent teachers had official appointment letters and information on civil servant recruitment. The challenges include limited access, inadequate training, and privacy concerns. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Menganalisis hubungan partisipasi masyarakat pada implementasi program pariwisata dengan implikasi kesejahteraan sosial dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini didesain menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam seluruh aktifitas program pariwisata dilihat pada dimensi, Decision Making, Implementations, Benefits dan Evaluation. Penelitian (researech) merupakan rangkaian kegiatan ilmiah dalam rangka pemecahan permasalahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa </em><em>pelaksaan strategi pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam bagi anak Tunagrahita tingkat SMP LB di SLBN 1 Lubuk Sikaping. </em><em>bahwa strategi dengan strategi pembelajaran individu, dimana strategi ini dilakukan untuk meberikan perhatian penuh kepada siswa sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa. Hilangnya keanekaragaman hayati<strong>,</strong> perburuan liar, perubahan penggunaan lahan, dan pencemaran menyebabkan banyak spesies flora dan fauna berada di ambang kepunahan<strong>. </strong>Perubahan iklim<strong>,</strong> emisi gas rumah kaca akibat aktivitas manusia menyebabkan perubahan iklim yang membawa dampak luas. Kurangnya kesadaran dan edukasi lingkungan. Metode penleitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dengan jenis pendekatan penelitian yaitu survey. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Responden yang dapat memberikan wawasan yang kaya tentang topik penelitian, seperti masyarakat lokal, petani, pekerja industri, aktivis lingkungan, dan pejabat pemerintah. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dengan memahami dampak negatif dari aktivitas manusia dan menganalisis upaya pelestarian yang ada, dapat dirumuskan strategi untuk meminimalkan kerusakan lingkungan dan memulihkan ekosistem yang terpengaruh. Metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional digunakan, dan</em><em> in</em><em>formasi diperoleh melalui penggunaan kuesioner dan melalui pengamatan langsung terhadap siswa.</em><em> Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif antara kecerdasan intra personal siswa, partisipasi aktif, dan prestasi belajar matematika. Regresi linier berganda mengungkapkan bahwa kecerdasan intra personal dan partisipasi aktif siswa bersama-sama dapat memprediksi prestasi belajar matematika. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi praktis untuk pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang mempertimbangkan aspek kecerdasan intra personal dan meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan program pembinaan kecerdasan intra personal dan merancang metode pembelajaran yang mendorong partisipasi siswa secara aktif.
