Transformasi Tata Kelola Lembaga Pendidikan Pesantren: Migrasi dari Manual ke Ekosistem Digital

Transformasi digital dalam institusi pendidikan telah menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan efektivitas tata kelola kelembagaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses migrasi sistem administrasi dari pola manual berbasis kertas ke ekosistem digital yang terintegrasi di Pondok Pesantren Luhur Al-Tsaqafah, Jakarta Selatan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipan, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci yang meliputi pimpinan, staf administrasi, dan tenaga pendidik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi tata kelola di instansi ini bukan sekadar digitalisasi dokumen, melainkan sebuah business process reengineering yang menyatukan fungsi presensi, perizinan, penjadwalan, keuangan, hingga pengelolaan nilai akademik santri dalam satu platform terpusat. Temuan secara kritis mengungkapkan bahwa implementasi ekosistem digital berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional hingga lebih dari 60%, mengeliminasi redundansi data, dan memperkuat akuntabilitas melalui sistem audit trail. Keberhasilan ini didorong oleh kepemimpinan transformasional yang mampu melakukan adaptasi teknologi, sehingga nilai-nilai tradisional pesantren tetap terjaga di tengah modernisasi manajemen. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa pesantren memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi organisasi yang ramping dan efisien melalui integrasi teknologi yang selaras dengan kearifan lokal.
