Level Up With Problem-Based Learning Students’ Perception Of Its Impact On Learning In Efl Context

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas 9 dalam konteks pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Mengacu pada teori PBL dan penelitian sebelumnya, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survei untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi dan kinerja siswa setelah penerapan PBL. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan hasil positif PBL dari persepsi siswa, yang menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pemahaman materi pelajaran, pemikiran kritis, keterampilan memecahkan masalah, pembelajaran mandiri, kepercayaan diri dalam penerapan pengetahuan, dan akhirnya nilai mereka. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan peningkatan keterlibatan dan motivasi dalam kegiatan PBL, yang dikaitkan dengan relevansi dan daya tarik masalah yang disajikan. Hasil ini menekankan kemanjuran PBL dalam meningkatkan pengalaman siswa dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk tantangan dunia nyata.
