Abstrak

Penelitian ini menyelidiki peran penting pembicaraan guru dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa di kelas Bahasa Inggris sebagai Bahasa Asing (EFL). Melalui metode kualitatif, antara lain observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di SDIT Widya Cendekia, penelitian ini mengkaji strategi komunikasi yang digunakan guru untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang interaktif. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa pembicaraan guru yang efektif menggabungkan berbagai fitur interaktif seperti scaffolding, teknik bertanya, dan penggunaan sumber daya multimedia, yang secara aktif melibatkan siswa dan memfasilitasi penguasaan bahasa. Hasilnya juga menunjukkan bahwa guru harus menjaga lingkungan kelas yang dinamis dan kondusif untuk bertanya dan mensurvei sambil mengubah gaya komunikasinya untuk memfasilitasi proses pendidikan. Studi ini berbicara langsung tentang bagaimana guru dapat mengoptimalkan pembicaraan guru untuk menciptakan hasil pembelajaran yang diinginkan dalam konteks EFL dengan menyatakan praktik terbaik untuk melibatkan siswa dan mendukung pengembangan bahasa.
