Persepsi Praktisi Pendidikan Vokasi Mengenai Keterampilan Interpersonal dalam Menghadapi Era Society 5.0

Saat ini, hadirnya era society 5.0 digadang-gadang menjadi respon untuk menghadapi industry 4.0. Sayangnya, fokus instansi pengembang sumber daya manusia, khususnya pendidikan vokasional masih pada peningkatan hardskill. Sedangkan konsep society 5.0 adalah keseimbangan hardskill dan softskill yang salah satunya adalah keteraampilan interpersonal. Studi ini mengeksplorasi persepsi guru dan siswa di pendidikan vokasional mengenai penerapan interpersonal skill sebagai upaya mengahadapi era society 5.0 melalui pembelajaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan wawancara semi terstruktur dengan 42 guru dan 73 siswa di pendidikan vokasional. Analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik data kualitatif melalui bantuan visualisasi dari NVivo. Hasil analisis menemukan empat tema utama, yaitu keteraampilan yang muncul, strategi intruksional, tantangan selama pembelajaran, dan dukungan. Secara garis besar, keberhasilan dalam menghadapi era society 5.0 melalui pengembangan keterampilan interpersonal ditentukan oleh sinergi dari empat aspek yang ditemukan tersebut. Hanya saja, temuan keterampilan interpersonal yang kurang komprehensif mengindikasikan bahwa pendidikan vokasional perlu mengembangkan keterampilan baru. Disisi lain, tantangan yang cukup kompleks sangat memerlukan peningkatan kesadaran, literasi, kesiapan dan motivasi dari guru dan siswa. Terakhir, pendidikan vokasional sangat perlu untuk menekankan dukungan sejawat, dukungan keluarga, dukungan infrastruktur dan dukungan guru sebagai pemacu tumbuhnya keterampilan interpersonal dalam rangka menghadapi society 5.0.
