Peran Psikologi Teknologi dalam Meningkatkan Keterlibatan Belajar Siswa di Era Digital: Studi Literatur

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan besar dalam cara siswa belajar serta berinteraksi di lingkungan pendidikan. Studi ini bertujuan menelaah bagaimana psikologi teknologi berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan belajar siswa pada era digital melalui tinjauan literatur yang sistematis. Delapan artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan antara 2019–2024 dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review, dengan penekanan pada tiga aspek inti: pemenuhan kebutuhan psikologis, tingkat interaktivitas teknologi, dan pengalaman pengguna. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa teknologi yang dirancang selaras dengan kebutuhan otonomi, kompetensi, dan keterhubungan mampu mendorong motivasi intrinsik serta meningkatkan partisipasi siswa. Media pembelajaran multimodal, penerapan gamifikasi, serta fitur kolaboratif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa baik secara kognitif, emosional, maupun perilaku. Selain itu, persepsi positif terhadap kemudahan dan kegunaan teknologi menjadi faktor penting yang memengaruhi keberlanjutan keterlibatan belajar. Secara keseluruhan, temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip psikologi teknologi merupakan elemen kunci dalam membangun ekosistem pembelajaran digital yang lebih menarik dan efektif bagi siswa. Studi ini juga memberikan wawasan penting bagi pendidik, pengembang teknologi pendidikan, dan peneliti dalam merancang inovasi pembelajaran yang mampu menjawab kebutuhan psikologis peserta didik.
